Direct Payment Support Milton Keynes

The Service

What can we help with?

  • Provide a dedicated Helpline for any Direct Payment or employment related issues or enquiries
  • Support people to understand how a Direct Payment can be used and the options available
  • Helping people in all aspects of becoming and employer, finding and employing a Personal Assistant and setting the arrangements up
  • Access to a Payroll Service to help employer's with their responsibilities with processing time sheet information, producing payslips and HMRC and Nest pension auto-enrolment and contributions
  • Receive and administrate an individual Direct Payment user's budget, make payments to services, or employed PA's on the DP users behalf, and send statements of income and expenditure to the DP user and their Local Authority every quarter

We are unable to:  Act as a Direct Payment users nominated person or representative, make decisions on people’s behalf or advocate with complaints with the local authority or other organisation.
