Young People Housing Support (HIT)
Our HIT service provides support and accommodation to young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness
What can we help with?
We offer free confidential support to prevent homelessness, repair family relations, access suitable accommodation and assist young people in their homes.
We have twelve units of accommodation specifically for young people to support those who have nowhere else to go.
Do you meet the criteria?
You need to be between 16-25 and living in Chiltern District – Chesham, Amersham and surrounding areas.

Weekly Drop-in Sessions
No appointment is necessary. Simply pop-in and see a support worker for free advice and information.
For college students:
Aylesbury College Campus – Fortnightly on a Tuesday since 11/02/2020 from 10.30-11am (with reserved extra time after to meet a student 1-1)
Amersham College Campus – Fortnightly on a Tuesday since 03/03/2020 from 10.30-11am (with reserved extra time after to meet a student 1-1)
For young people, parents or carers – all welcome! At Chesham Library:
