Who is this service for?

Clients can access the service if they are on probation or leaving custody. Individuals can self-refer and referrals can be accepted from other professionals.

How do we work?

The RESET service is designed to support ex-offenders who have a housing need, this can be straight from prison or in the community.  We work alongside other agencies in partnership to achieve the best possible outcome for the client, through creating a support plan which can be changed as the support progresses.

We work with people to identify longer term accommodation, through either a supported accommodation pathway, in the private rented sector or in conjunction with the council to access social housing.

The support that is provided, includes, attending appointments, accessing benefits and maximising income, aswell as looking for either paid work, training or volunteering opportunities with a view to integrating back into the community.

The RESET service has been able to establish integral relationships to best work with the client group.
