Building Brighter Futures in Northampton

We’re delighted to share some exciting news: Connection Support has been chosen as the new provider of support at Oasis House in Northampton – a place that offers hope and stability to people who have experienced rough sleeping or are at risk of homelessness.

This marks a special moment for us as we expand into Northamptonshire, bringing our experience and passion for person-centred, trauma-informed support to a new community.

Oasis House provides 58 units of supported accommodation for individuals with multiple and complex needs. From 1st October, our dedicated team will be there to walk alongside them – offering support that helps people not just find safety today, but also build brighter futures for tomorrow.

Our focus will be on long-term stability, not short-term fixes. That means preventing repeat homelessness, helping people regain confidence, and supporting them to build the skills and connections they need to thrive in their community.

This new chapter wouldn’t be possible without the partnership of West Northamptonshire Council and Northamptonshire Partnership Homes. Together, we’re working to ensure a smooth transition from the previous providers (Midland Heart), so that every resident feels secure and supported throughout.

We’re also excited to welcome new colleagues to the team, including many staff transferring from the current service, alongside new recruits who share our passion for empowering people to transform their lives.

At Connection Support, we believe everyone deserves the chance to move beyond homelessness and towards a future filled with stability, dignity, and opportunity. Oasis House will be a place where that journey begins for many – and we’re honoured to be part of it.
