Careers at Connection Support
At Connection Support, we deliver over 30 support services across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. While our roots are in homelessness and housing support, we recognise that many of the people we support are dealing with multiple, overlapping challenges such as mental ill-health, substance misuse and past trauma. Through compassionate, tailored, trauma-informed support, we help people build the skills, confidence and connections they need to move forward with their lives.
Our exceptional team of over 200 staff and over 150 volunteers are at the heart of what we do. We are often looking for new people to join our team, who share our values, and have passion, tenacity, and integrity.
Should you need additional support with your application or require adjustments to any part of our recruitment process, please don’t hesitate to ask. We are more than happy, if you would like, to discuss your requirements. If you have any questions, please email our Recruitment team.
