COVID-19 client advice

COVID-19 update for clients

During the current difficult period of COVID-19 we understand that some of our clients may be worried about being able to pay for food, gas, electricity and other necessary outgoings. For some people their income has decreased significantly and they may find they are not entitled to benefits, or may have to wait a while for an application to be processed and the subsequent payment.

If you find yourself in this situation please talk to your support worker so we can link you in with services on offer locally to support you. We may be able to provide additional help at this time as well through our Welfare Fund for certain qualifying clients.

We are also able to deliver food parcels to some clients if they are self-isolating with no one else to help out but they are not able to get out to the shops.

Please talk to your support worker if you are in need of additional support in this way. Our offices are closed but please email or call your relevant office.
