I want to thank everyone in Connection Support for the great support given to Rebecca while she was with you. Your team were professional and empathic to her needs while putting firm boundaries in place which is what was required to assist her.
Thank you for the amazing work you have all done on this. I have spoken to the young person and he is really happy, with the placement and flat.
It’s my view that Deb and the Homeless Pathway teams that I commission have done great work over the last year, I also am very pleased with the way that they have adapted to the more intensive monitoring that in my view is leading to much cleaner defined work requirements and identifying wins that the staff can actually see on a weekly basis.
