Connection Support is not an emergency service available 24/7. If you, or someone close to you, requires emergency help out of our office hours (9am-5pm), please contact the relevant agency below:
- Dial 999 if your life, or the life of someone you know, is in immediate risk. Or Dial 111 if you need medical help quickly, but it’s not a medical emergency. Otherwise, contact your GP surgery.
- If you see someone sleeping rough, or if you’re sleeping rough yourself and need support, please alert StreetLink. Visit www.streetlink.org.uk or use the StreetLink App.
- Call Samaritans for emotional support on the phone, open 24 hours every day. Call 116 123 or email them at jo@samaritans.org.
- Call Age UK Advice Line on 0800 678 1602 for free, confidential advice for older people, their families, friends, carers, and professionals. The national phone service is open 8am-7pm, 365 days a year.
Contact us if your query can wait until office hours.
