Our team work alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and housing officers to support people who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, whilst they are in hospital and when they are discharged from hospital.

Step Down Housing

Short-term supported housing for patients who are medically ready to be discharged from the Oxford University Hospital or Oxford Foundation Trust Hospital sites but lack suitable accommodation or home to continue their recovery.

Housing First Oxfordshire encompasses a range of different projects across the county where we provide intensive support to rough sleepers during their journey from rough sleeping to a more settled lifestyle within their own home and to improve their health and wellbeing.
