I recently conducted a joint home visit with Jo and just wanted to give some feedback. Jo was able to work with an avoidant service user with patience, persistence and compassion. The family were on the verge of facing homelessness due to significant rent arrears. Jo was able to secure a discretionary payment which reduced the amount outstanding, she worked with the family to address outstanding essential bills e.g. water and electricity. The family were grateful that Jo helped them to clear their debts. I was also impressed by Joanne’s professionalism. It’s great to know that Floating Support is still around.
