We are recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join a small, friendly team of people in the Business Services Department.

The impact you will have

You will play an important role by being the first point of contact for our visitors to the office, and taking calls from our clients and external agencies, signposting them to the support or department they require. In addition, you will record, update and maintain critical client data onto our bespoke database.

Ensuring service level agreements are met, you will create and maintain monthly or quarterly service reports, analyse and review data, and recommend reporting improvements.

You will assist with the smooth running of the office, by supporting and liaising with team managers and other departments across the organisation.

This role will be based at our office in Wolvercote, Oxford.

Contract: Fixed Term until March 2026
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, across 3 or 4 days, two of the days must include a Thursday and Friday.
Salary: £24,397 – £25,865, pro-rata, dependent on experience

Interviews: We will be holding introduction calls on Wednesday 2nd April, and interviews will be held on Wednesday 9th April at our office in Wolvercote.

What do we need from you?

Your professional experience should include working as an administrator, maintaining information systems and databases, answering and transferring calls, and you are confident in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

You don’t mind getting stuck in to help the team, have a high attention to detail and understand that organisation is key when prioritising work. You also have excellent listening skills and enjoy getting to know people to build effect working relationships.

You will be required to attend meetings occasionally at our other offices, which are located in Bletchley, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, and Banbury, therefore you must be happy to use public transport or have your own vehicle.
