Dipen joined Connection Support as Business Services Director in June 2022 after 2 years on the Board of Trustees. Dipen leads our HR, Marketing, IT, Estates and Business Support functions.
Dipen joins Connection Support with nearly 30 years of commercial business experience, running digital transformation programmes for Global 500 companies. During his time at Accenture, he successfully delivered significant programmes in Energy and Power Generation, Utilities, Brewing, Telecoms and Manufacturing – and comes with a wealth of experience in managing challenging projects.
Dipen has a particular passion in supporting the homeless, and outside of work is a keen runner.
