A social housing professional, Paul has over 20 years of experience working in the Housing Association and Local Authorities operating across much of the South of England. Putting the customer at the heart Paul has worked in a variety of roles across Housing Operations. He has recently moved to a new role building new affordable homes.
During his work in Oxfordshire, he saw first-hand the crucial role that Connection Support plays in supporting clients to sustain tenancies and helping to prevent anti-social behaviour.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as cycling, walking and rugby union (watching only!).
