Young People

Are you 16-25 years old, homeless?

Sleeping at friends houses because staying at home isn’t an option?

Perhaps you are thinking of leaving home but have nowhere to go?

Our Young People Housing Support service (HIT)provides free and confidential advice and support. We also have some accommodation in Chesham.

If you are homeless our Rough Sleeper Outreach service could provide you with short term accommodation, help to find somewhere more settled, and to get a range of other support with your health, finances and general wellbeing.

Our Autism Service helps people, aged over 18, who are on the autistic spectrum (whether or not they have had a formal diagnosis). We provide a range of support to increase independence and develop skills and interests.
