Young People

Are you 16-25 years old, homeless?

Sleeping at friends houses because staying at home isn’t an option?

Perhaps you are thinking of leaving home but have nowhere to go?

Our Young People Housing Support service (HIT)provides free and confidential advice and support. We also have some accommodation in Chesham.

Our Padstones Service provides support and accommodation to young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. They or their parent/guardian can refer themselves directly.

If you are homeless our Rough Sleeper Outreach service could provide you with short term accommodation, help to find somewhere more settled, and to get a range of other support with your health, finances and general wellbeing.

Young People’s Supported Accommodation is for young people (16-25 years) who have left the care system and are ready to take on the responsibility of their first rented home. Referred by their Social Worker.
