Carer Required in MK12 Area
Carer required to support a young male who has a learning disability and Autism. He requires support with accessing the community and social opportunities i.e. bowling, cinema, swimming, shopping, gym etc. He also enjoys being at home playing Play Station games, watching films and cooking.
The applicant must have experience of working with someone who has a learning disability and Autism. They must also have a good sense of humour, be supportive and encouraging, patient, caring and empathetic.
Own car and a clean driving licence is preferred. However, some trips may be on public transport.
Applicant must be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS Check, if required.
Hours of work – 6 hours per week.
Rate of pay – £11.50 per hour.
