Our Rough Sleeper Outreach Service enables rough sleepers to build a better future beyond street life. The team verify rough sleepers at their sleeping site, and then support them on their journey to long-term accommodation.
What can we help with?
Our team works closely with clients to support them with:
- Accessing emergency beds across Buckinghamshire
- Applying for benefits
- Managing money, including rent payments, bills, and budgeting
- Signposting to drug and alcohol services
- Support with mental and physical health
- Finding long-term accommodation
- Tenancy sustainment, offering practical tools and guidance to help people live independently
- Training and pathways into employment

How do we work?
The project is aimed at reducing rough sleepers across Buckinghamshire. With a small provision of emergency accommodation, intensive outreach is provided to people who find themselves street homeless.
