About the Service
Our Tenancy Sustainment Service provides life tools and support to rough sleepers in Buckinghamshire, so they can live independently in their own rented home.
What can we help with?
We will help you manage your money – rental payments, pay bills, budgeting, access to benefits, training, routes to employment, and access to support for mental and physical health issues.
Please note: we do not provide daily care
Who is this service for?
Must be 18 or over and have been a former rough sleeper in Buckinghamshire.
What can I expect from the service?
Wrap around tenancy support to ensure that you can sustain your tenancy and feel comfortable in your home. One to one intensive support for up to a year from your Tenancy Sustainment Worker, working with you to achieve independent living and life goals.
We will offer you a service that is:
Non- judgemental, will encourage you to live independently and achieve personal lifetime goals.
